NAIA’s purpose is to uplift and celebrate our Māori identity, our communities, and our stories. Our directors, Charisma Rangipunga and Che Wilson, are trusted and well-connected within te ao Māori, and have brought together a team of skilled professionals to support businesses, iwi and hapū, to make a positive difference for Māori. With their combined skills and knowledge, NAIA is well-positioned to help those who are dedicated to supporting Māori aspirations and positively impacting New Zealand. For Māori organisations, we provide specialist support for kaupapa that help our whānau thrive. Equally, we’re committed to helping New Zealand businesses engage meaningfully with Māori. As New Zealand embraces the journey of working together, we’re here to support businesses ready to take positive steps forward.
About NAIAAt NAIA, we bring together the skills and passions of our team to offer a range of services. In everything that we do, we remain mindful of tikanga and kawa and look for ways to celebrate our reo. We work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop bespoke solutions.
NAIA is committed to helping corporate NZ build the confidence and awareness that will allow for meaningful engagement with te ao Māori. We call this deeper understanding “CQ” or cultural intelligence.
There is a strong tradition of storytelling in te ao Māori, and we want to harness its ability to foster understanding and weave people together. Our team has extensive experience working with iwi and Māori organisations in communications.
We offer specialist support to organisations working on kaupapa that help our whānau determine their own horizons.
He Kōrero is a storytelling platform created to showcase the amazing history of our people, working with manawhenua to ensure we accurately represent their stories. In partnership with whānau, hapū and iwi, we create short animations that bring traditional narratives into the digital age.
