What We Do

He Tangata
People and Training

NAIA is committed to helping corporate NZ build the confidence and awareness that will allow for meaningful engagement with te ao Māori. We call this deeper understanding “CQ” or cultural intelligence.

He Kupu
Words and Stories

There is a strong tradition of storytelling in te ao Māori, and we want to harness its ability to foster understanding and weave people together. Our team has extensive experience working with iwi and Māori organisations in communications.

He Ao
Strategy and Understanding

We offer specialist support to organisations working on kaupapa that help our whānau determine their own horizons.

Bringing History to Life

He Kōrero is a storytelling platform created to showcase the amazing history of our people, working with manawhenua to ensure we accurately represent their stories. In partnership with whānau, hapū and iwi, we create short animations that bring traditional narratives into the digital age.
