OUR STORY
NAIA is a Māori consultancy that is committed to growing the well-being of whānau Māori.
Our goal for NAIA is to use the amazing skills and experience of whānau to create financial independence and security in a way that is fiercely and proudly Māori.
We are dedicated to employing Māori and connecting Māori businesses so we can learn from each other, share our collective knowledge, access greater opportunities, collaborate, and flourish and grow together.
Our shared experience working for whānau, communities and organisations, both commercial and charitable, spans decades. We are as comfortable in Māori environments as we are in corporate organisations.
For Māori organisations, we offer specialist support to kaupapa that helps our whānau to thrive. We can help with project management, planning and delivery. We can also provide strategic advice, communication strategies, project/event management and implementation.
NAIA is also committed to helping NZ businesses engage meaningfully with Māori. We call this CQ (cultural intelligence) and we deliver this by growing awareness and understanding of all things Māori, developing skills, building stronger relationships and working alongside NZ businesses to design solutions which help drive strategies forward.
